Kransekake Girl - Kransekake, the national cake of Norway, is truely a sight to behold. The almond-flavored cake is baked in large to small sized rings. They are stacked one on another to form a tree shape. A bottle of wine may be placed inside. The Kransekake is decorated with drizzles of frosting and Norwegian flags.
